The truth is that the majority of funeral establishments view managing remains as their primary duty. Instead, we consider our work to be divided into two aspects: emotional and physical. The physical consists of interments, entombments, and burials. To provide therapeutic experiences, the emotional is collaborating with families. People can find resolution, rebirth, and community in our quiet and private space. And that is the aspect of our work that is most satisfying.
Funerals
Everyone has the opportunity to share memories, express emotions, and receive consoling support when they get together with friends and family. There is always a need to acknowledge the loss with family and friends, whether you choose cremation or burial, a formal funeral, or a less formal memorial ceremony. We may work with you to design a special ceremony that honors your loved one’s true individuality.
Cremation
Cremation merely describes how you or your loved one has decided to handle the body’s physical remains. We want you to know that this choice does not restrict the ways in which you can celebrate the life of your loved one. Burials
Any ceremonies we plan often center around the casket being present if burial has been chosen. You have the option of adhering to tradition by having a viewing first, followed by a funeral ceremony in a church or memorial chapel. Alternately, you might opt for a more informal service, perhaps even in your home.
Veteran's Services
Upon the family’s request, every eligible Veteran shall receive a military funeral honors ceremony that includes folding and presenting the United States burial flag and the playing of Taps.
The law defines a military funeral honors detail as consisting of two or more uniformed military persons, with at least one being a member of the Veteran’s parent service of the armed forces.
